This policy explains how word-forge handles your data, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the GDPR.

1. What we collect

Puzzle themes and word lists you enter are processed to generate puzzles and are not stored on our servers beyond the request. If you request a payment link, we store your email to send it. Free-tier usage counts are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

2. How we use data

We use your email only to send the payment link and account/service updates you request. We do not sell your data.

3. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count page views and conversions in aggregate. No personal profiles are built.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@wordforge.aiskillhub.info. We respond within 30 days.

5. Data security

Payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors (Razorpay / Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
