Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with word-forge. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for paid plans.

1. Pro (monthly)

The Pro subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal. The current period remains active until it ends. We do not pro-rate partial months.

2. Lifetime (one-time)

Lifetime purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have generated fewer than 5 watermark-free puzzles. After 7 days, or beyond that usage, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. How to request

Email hello@wordforge.aiskillhub.info with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Failed payments

If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us and we will resolve it promptly or refund in full.
